Questions

What counts as an email?

Each email sent to one person. A campaign to 2,000 contacts uses 2,000 of your plan’s emails.

What if I send more than my plan includes?

When we send via INI Mailer, extra emails cost €4.80 per 1,000. With your own sending server there’s no limit: your provider charges you for sending.

Do I need my own sending server?

No. Without one, we send your emails via INI Mailer, subject to approval, and the prices include it at €4.20 per 1,000 emails. If you already use SendGrid, Amazon SES or another SMTP server, switch on “My own sending server”: the plans cost less, and emails are unlimited.

Is AI really included?

Yes, with no AI credits to buy. The built-in AI editor comes with both plans. AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude come with Max and connect with your own subscription.

Can I add more brands?

Yes. Each extra brand is €6 a month, on either plan.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices include 20% VAT.
