Each assistant works in one brand you choose, with the permissions your team gives it.

  • Draft campaigns

    Writes the email and saves it as a draft, from your description or your own HTML.

  • Check for problems

    Spots issues like Gmail clipping or a missing unsubscribe link before anyone sees them.

  • Send tests

    Sends a test to the address you give it, so you see the real email.

  • Show previews

    Shows the campaign right in the chat, or shares a link to a preview.

  • Add contacts

    Adds the people you name to your lists, and creates new lists.

    Finds, edits and unsubscribes contacts, if an owner or admin allows it.

Safety

You stay in control

An assistant can do a lot. Sending to your contacts always comes back to you.

Nothing goes out without your OK
In ChatGPT and Claude you press Send on the campaign card. Other apps show you a summary and wait for your yes.
What you approve is what’s sent
If the email or its recipients change after you confirm, the assistant has to ask again.
The owner always knows
The brand owner gets an email every time an assistant sends a campaign.
Permissions per assistant
Sending and contact management stay off until an owner or admin switches them on. Anyone on the team can switch them off.
Every change is logged
Changes made by assistants are recorded in an activity log.
Disconnect any time
Remove an assistant in one click. Changing your password disconnects all of yours.

Connect in a minute

  1. Add IniMailer to your app

    Paste this address as a custom connector or MCP server:

  2. Sign in and pick a brand

    IniMailer asks you to sign in and choose the brand your assistant will work in.

  3. Start asking

    Open a new chat, turn IniMailer on and describe what you need.

After you log in, the AI Assistants page has step-by-step guides for each app. Apps that can’t sign in can use an API key.

Questions

Which AI apps work with IniMailer?

ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, and any other app that supports remote MCP servers.

Can the assistant see my contacts?

Not by default: it sees your lists’ names and sizes. It can search and view contacts only if an owner or admin switches on Manage contacts for it.

Can it send a campaign on its own?

No. Sending is off until an owner or admin allows it, and even then every send needs your confirmation.

Which brand does it work in?

The one you choose when you connect. To work in another brand, connect again and choose that one.
